During our stay, we were delighted by the amazing location of our resort. The beach was pristine with soft, clean sand and stunning turquoise waters. We were also impressed by the close proximity of sister resorts, which provided convenient shuttle services. Moreover, the dining experience was exceptional, with a variety of gourmet restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the meals at Fuentes dinner theatre and the Wine Kitchen, where the flavors were beyond delicious. A special shoutout to Esther and Arturo for their exceptional service during our breakfast and lunch. Lastly, we cannot forget to mention the excellent service we received from Ulices at the bar, who went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction.

One minor drawback was that some of the additional services offered at the resort seemed overpriced.

The swim out suite on the 3rd floor of building 18 had an incredible view. The room was very nice and the AC worked amazingly well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Room service had a good selection of quick and tasty food, delivered promptly.

As women traveling alone, we felt incredibly safe and well taken care of. The restaurants had a great selection of food and drinks, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool area was perfect for swimming, and the overall property was well maintained. The entertainment was fun, and we had a fantastic time during our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with the rooms and grounds beautifully maintained. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the swim-out suite on the 3rd floor with its incredible view. The location was convenient, close to the Cozumel ferry terminal and the El Dorado restaurants, which we had access to. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring our comfort.

Spent Christmas at a beautiful resort with friendly staff who made our stay enjoyable. The room was amazing, offering a fantastic view and well-stocked fridge. The kids had a great time at the Kids club and pool. The food was superb, with a variety of cuisines to choose from.

The beach could be improved, it was too crowded and had a lot of seaweed. Would have liked more options for activities in the resort.

The hotel had a nice view of the ocean and was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions. The staff was also friendly and accommodating which made check in and check out seamless.

The food was unappetizing and the drinks were sub-par. the rooms were not cleaned properly and there were issues with the shower water temperature.

We had a great family trip with 18 people, including kids, and the hotel handled our large group well. The butlers were helpful in sorting out any mix-ups, and the kids enjoyed the Kids Club. The private tequila tasting and Mexican in-suite dinner were highlights. The wait staff and housekeeping were wonderful, with special mention to Claudia and Emily who helped with the poolside room. It was great seeing familiar faces at the resort.

The service seemed to prioritize members over non-members, especially with access to certain amenities like Bali beds on the beach and dinner reservations. It was difficult to get the desired dinner reservation time and service could be slow.

Luxurious and exclusive amenities made my stay at this hotel unforgettable. The service was impeccable, especially at the Spa & wellness centre where I was pampered with a relaxing massage. The outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for soaking up the sun while overlooking the beautiful garden area. There was never a shortage of entertainment options, with a poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area offering delicious snacks and drinks. The private facilities were a nice touch, adding to the exclusive feel of the venue.

The only negative aspect was the limited beach access, which required a short walk or shuttle ride to get to. However, once there, the beachfront was stunning with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas available.

The hotel offered great complementary activities during the new year, such as a live music performance and fireworks show. The location was perfect, close to the airport and with easy access to nearby attractions. Another advantage was the option to have meals at different restaurants within the hotel, which offered a variety of cuisines.

There were some moments when the hotel staff seemed overwhelmed and it was difficult to get assistance in a timely manner. Additionally, some of the facilities could use a bit of renovation and maintenance.
